The deep purple 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon offers notes of lavender oils, sappy herbs, menthol, blackberry liqueur, and fresh herbs. It’s full-bodied, with rich, ripe tannins, and it has lovely tension, underlying freshness, and an even tapering finish, with great tension, nervous energy, and an underlying mountainous feel.
